A Postcard from Olympia, Washington

Hello dear friends, I hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas holiday so far! Today, we received a postcard from Olympia, Washington. Thank you!

Olympia, the capital of Washington state, is a charming city nestled at the southern tip of Puget Sound. Known for its vibrant arts scene and stunning natural beauty, Olympia offers something for everyone. A must-visit is the Washington State Capitol Building, an architectural marvel surrounded by lush gardens. For nature enthusiasts, the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge is a paradise for birdwatching and peaceful walks. And if you’re a coffee lover, don’t miss trying a cup of locally brewed coffee from one of Olympia’s cozy cafes—after all, Washington is the birthplace of the coffee culture in the U.S.!

Fun Fact: Olympia is home to Olympia oysters, the only oyster species native to the Pacific Northwest. They’re a culinary treat and a favorite among seafood enthusiasts.

Wishing everyone a joyful and magical holiday season. 🎄✨
