Terms and Conditions for Sponsored Content Publication
1. Subject and Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the legal relationship between the online magazine Travel Inspiration (hereinafter referred to as the "Media") and any physical or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Advertiser") that requests a paid publication.
1.2. Acceptance of these terms occurs upon completion of the application form and/or making an advance payment for the service package.
2. Editorial Process and Acceptance Scenarios
2.1. Review Period: The Media performs a detailed editorial review within 72 hours of receiving the application and payment.
2.2. Possible Scenarios Following Review:
- ✅ a) Approval: The Advertiser receives a draft of the bilingual article for final review before publication.
- 🔄 b) Revisions: The Media will contact the Advertiser if there is a need for higher quality images, clarifications on the text, or changes to unacceptable links.
- 🚫 c) Rejection: If the publication does not comply with the Media's ethical and legal standards, it will be rejected.
2.3. Editorial Adaptation: The Media optimizes the structure (H1, H2, H3 tags), meta-descriptions, and linguistic style. Nevertheless, responsibility for the accuracy of the overall content lies entirely with the Advertiser. By agreeing to the draft, the Advertiser assumes full responsibility for the published material.
3. Monitoring of External Links and Sanctions
3.1. Prohibition of Redirects: The Media continuously monitors external links. If a redirect to sites other than those originally agreed upon, or to sites with content contrary to what was agreed (gambling, 18+, scams, etc.), is detected, the Media will remove the article immediately, without notice, and without the right to any refund.
3.2. Broken Links: If a link becomes invalid or "broken," the Media reserves the right to deactivate it. The Advertiser is obliged, on their own initiative, to notify the Media of any updates to target URLs.
3.3. Attributes: All paid links are published with a rel="sponsored" attribute.
4. Copyright and Legal Protection
4.1. Legal Ownership: The Advertiser must legally own the rights to all provided texts and images.
4.2. Disclosure of Data: In the event of a dispute by third parties regarding the improper use of materials, the Media will remove the article immediately. All contact details of the Advertiser will be forwarded to the claimants or relevant legal authorities upon official request.
5. Financial Terms and Fraud Protection
5.1. Evaluation Fee: The amount of 50 EUR is a non-refundable fee for administrative review and analysis, regardless of the final outcome (approval or rejection).
5.2. Refund Method: Any refundable amount is paid exclusively via the method by which the Advertiser paid in advance (the same card, bank account, or account). This is strictly applied to prevent financial abuse.
5.3. Fee for Subsequent Changes: If changes to text, images, or links are required after the 14-day guarantee period, a one-time technical service fee of 20 EUR (excl. VAT) is charged.
6. Specific Restrictions and Labeling
6.1. Advertising Label: Every publication carries the label "SPONSORED CONTENT" (or "ADVERTISING ARTICLE") on the main image. This requirement is mandatory and not subject to negotiation.
6.2. ISSN Archive: For the purpose of bibliographic neutrality, paid publications are not included in the magazine's official ISSN archive.
6.3. Categorical Refusals: Articles with affiliate links, content related to gambling, tobacco, alcohol, 18+, addictive supplements, political/religious orientation, or hate speech are not accepted.
